About Myself

I

My name is Hend Abdulmawla, I am an MA Interior Designer, in my free time I love reading books, walking and cooking as well.

In 2009 I started a BTEC First Diploma and I was a hard working student; by challenging myself, organising my time and working hard, I completed the BTEC National Diploma in 2012 with full distinction. The full distinction that I got, helped me to apply to university, I applied to do Interior Design at Sheffield Hallam University and I was offered a place.

During my course at university, every day I  was learning something new, the key things that I learnt at university is how to 'polish ' my skills that I already had when I was at college, beside that I learnt  a really important skill, which is how to make my ideas 'tangible' and understandable for other people by using software.

At university I learnt that making mistakes is not end of the world  as I am working hard and learning from the mistake. Behind each mistake I made, I learnt something. Discovering myself by knowing my weaknesses and strengths is other skill that I learnt during my time at university.

I always believe that there is not any boundaries could stop someone from getting what he/she wants, except the excuses that he/she makes for himself. Everyone in this world is unique and individual, as long as the person does some effort to discover his strength points.
